- Do you take new patients?
- Yes. Both Marylebone and Shoreditch are accepting new patients. Book online or call the studio nearest you.
- How long is a first visit?
- Usually 45–60 minutes: exam, digital imaging if needed, and a clear written plan with costs before any treatment.
- Are you nervous-patient friendly?
- Absolutely. We pace appointments, explain as we go, and never rush consent. Tell us what helps — music, breaks, or a shorter first visit.
- Do you offer evening appointments?
- Shoreditch runs until 18:30 on weekdays. Ask when booking and we’ll match what we can.
